McWhorter Foundation Inc. is registered in the state of Florida as a non-profit entity, with the goal of obtaining 501(c)(3) status from the relevant federal authorities. Please be aware that we are currently in the process of securing our official 501(c)(3) non-profit status. Until this status is officially granted, any donations or contributions made to McWhorter Foundation Inc. may not yet be eligible for tax deductions under 501(c)(3) regulations. We are actively working to complete this process and will provide updates as soon as our 501(c)(3) non-profit status is officially approved.
